Details
XR models now include 29" sizes. Same name, same technology and now more options than ever.
Key features
- A cross country race tire that excels in fast hardpack conditions
- Super low multi-edged knobs for fast rolling predictable traction
- Ultra-lightweight for fast acceleration

Tubeless-ready tires are compatible with both tubeless-ready and standard rims. When the tire is mounted on a tubeless-ready rim with special tubeless rim tape, valve, and sealant, the tire and rim form an airtight chamber that no longer requires a tube. This lets you run lower tire pressure with less fear of pinch flats and without the added weight of a tube. Lower tire pressure has many benefits, including greater traction and lower rolling resistance over rough surfaces. The tire can also be used with a tube if you mount it on a standard, non-tubeless-ready rim.

Comments:
Fantastic tire to ride in confidence, one which will be there for you on all hard surface types, better yet on wet conditions. Outstanding grip on asphalt, concrete and hard-pack off-road's. However, lots of noise on hard surfaces (asphalt, concrete) and people will know you're coming ~600ft away. You'll see lots of neck-turning to know what the heck is coming towards them, but nevertheless you ride with extreme confidence that you'll not slip with this great tire. Need to mention that when new it loses ~15psi in two days if not used. However, this loss is minimized as you continue to ride and the tire gets really "glued" to the wheel, then the psi loss minimizes to about 5psi in three days.
